Texans Performance Program
Details and Registration
The Texans Performance Program cranks up this fall season. It will be a 10 week program with soccer specific speed and agility techniques being taught at the practice fields by Texans Fitness and Conditioning Coach, Sam Robinson. As a former Texans player and college player, Sam brings an ability to teach soccer specific performance training that will include the soccer ball at times while also improving the pace and power of our athletes.
Sammy has worked with numerous professional, collegiate, and elite athletes for the past five years as a Head Trainer for Plex. As a former 1988 Texan player, whose team competed in the 2004 National Championship Finals, he is well versed in the needs of players.
Our Fall Performance Program will run from September 22nd- November 20th. Players can register for one 30 minute session per week for $50, or two sessions per week for $80. We have reduced the cost of this program compared to past programs and have also increased the soccer specific nature of it by hiring a former player who is equipped to sharpen the athleticism of our players. Sessions will be offered at the following locations and times as we have tried to make it as optimal as possible for all of our players. Some sessions are offered before training, and other options are available after training.
Register using the same method as you would a new club season. Once you login to your Member Account, select the option that says "Already Registered and Want to Register for a New Program or Season". Click on the REGISTER button next to your players name and then you will be given a chance to update your personal data before reaching the payment screen.
Program Start:   September 22
Program End:    December 4
Monday - Farm League Park
Tuesday - Sandlot Sports
Wednesday - Burroughs Park
Thursday - Lyndsay Lyons
